When the drinking is over, you need to
sober up. The best way to sober up is to wait it out. Only time will make
you sober up. The body needs at least an hour to burn off the alcohol you
have taken. So don’t think the black coffee does the trick!
Alcohol is often viewed as one of the
culprits for weight gain. Although alcohol really contributes to weight
gain, moderate consumption appears not contribute to weight gain at all.
